Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or Razorpay-supported wallets.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the artisan may have already begun preparing your item. Please contact support@pravahshandicrafts.com immediately if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Razorpay-powered wallets.
Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway, with bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days. Handcrafted items may require an additional 2–5 days for artisan preparation. Express delivery (2–4 days) is available for select pincodes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries. International standard shipping takes 10–21 business days, and express shipping takes 5–10 business days. Customs duties may apply at your destination.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹31,999. A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Customized orders are non-returnable.
How do I return a product?
Email us at support@pravahshandicrafts.com with your Order ID. Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours, and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

Are all products genuinely handcrafted?
Yes, every product on PravahsHandicrafts is 100% handmade by verified artisans from across India. We maintain direct partnerships with 320+ artisan families representing traditional craft forms.
Can I request a custom or personalized item?
Absolutely! We work with artisans to create custom pieces. Visit our Custom Orders page or email us with your requirements, and we'll connect you with the right artisan.
How do I become a selling artisan on PravahsHandicrafts?
We welcome talented artisans to join our platform. Visit the Artisan Portal in the header and register with your craft details. Our team will review your application within 48 hours.
